We wanted to take a moment to thank you for your patience and understanding while we worked to get your tracking links sorted out.

We know it can be frustrating to wait for updates, and we appreciate your understanding as we work through fulfilling all orders.

There is a very high number of orders (more than 3500 Batmobiles) that we had to dispatch from our facility.

We want to assure you that your orders are on their way, and we are doing everything we can to make sure they arrive as quickly and smoothly as possible.

We are excited to see all of the feedback and reviews coming in from those of you who have already received your orders.

Most of the orders have been shipped and are on the way to your addresses.

====The following customers haven’t received their tracking numbers yet:

1) Packages sent to Russia and Belarus

Unfortunately, due to the sanctions imposed on Russia and Belarus, we have been unable to ship packages to these countries.

We found out about this after your package was shipped, which is why some of you might have received the tracking link. The Croatian Post returned all the packages sent to Russia and Belarus and provided this letter:

We understand how frustrating this must be for you, and we want to assure you that we are doing everything in our power to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Currently, we are actively searching for a carrier that offers delivery services to your country; however, we have yet to find a suitable solution.

Please note that your package will be shipped to you as soon as we find another carrier or as soon as the sanctions are lifted.

2) Packages sent to the USA (Inventor’s pack and ultimate pack )

For those of you in the USA who ordered an Inventor’s pack and have not yet received it, don’t worry; the package is on its way.

Your Batmobiles reached our USA carrier yesterday, and they are now sorting them out and starting to ship them to you. You should receive the tracking link in the following days.
